International Business Analyst(J18050)

The job responsibilities with this role may be expected to include but not limited to:

• Leverage internal and external parties/resources to contribute the CICC branch / subsidiary set up project align with local jurisdiction.
• Proactively establish relationship and network with external parties including government organization, regulatory authorities, financial institutions and local customers for business establishment and development
• Conduct market and product research to management and internal stakeholders with respect to the Firms strategic initiatives
• Keep abreast of the market evolvement, industry development, market trend and regulatory requirements changes
• Providing supports in promoting the Companys branding locally
• Other tasks and projects to be assigned by the Company and country management.

• Experience in financial institutions in either front line business (investment banking and sales and trading fields are preferred), business development role, or relevant experience in VCs/PEs covering deal sourcing, negotiating, structuring, investment execution and exiting.
• Bachelors degree or above in relevant majors.
• Language Proficiency in Korean.

Strong English communication and negotiation skills are required (both written and verbal). Mandarin skill is a plus.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills with strong work ethics
• Ability to multi-task, work efficiently under pressure and time constraints
• Excellent team player that thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
• Familiar with financial industry and investment bank working style and manager experience is a plus
