Human Resources & Administration Officer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, interviews, onboarding and offboarding process.

• Organize monthly new employee orientation and implement training programs aligned with the companys strategic goals.

• Handle employee inquiries regarding salary, leave applications, and other related issues.

• Assist with annual tasks such as performance evaluations etc.

• Handle general office administration functions such as filing, logistic support etc.

• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline;

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience;

• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislation would be an advantage;

• Self-motivated, detail-minded and well organized;

• A good team player and able to work in a fast pace environment;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Chinese Word Processing;

• Fluent speaking in English and Cantonese;

• Immediately available is highly preferred;
