Financial Manager - Green Lake Executive Search Co. Limited
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts, reporting, and analysis to support management decision-making.
- Be responsible for financial reporting and consolidation, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), tax planning, and treasury functions.
- Handle other ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- 3-5 years of relevant in-house financial management experience within the Hong Kong financial institution sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) regulatory framework.
- Familiarity with the financial disclosure requirements under the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) Listing Rules and the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance.
- Ability to thrive in the fast-paced and iterative environment of the financial technology (FinTech) sector.
- Holding an international accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, HKICPA) is a plus.
- Proficient in both Mandarin and English.
