Currently, eCargo is looking for capable candidates to join our growing team in the following role:

Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the CFO and lead the finance team in both management and financial reporting

• Oversee the month-end closing process for the company and its overseas subsidiaries

• Prepare group consolidation and manage monthly reporting packages from business units

• Drive and monitor the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process in collaboration with local finance teams

• Enhance financial workflows and processes to improve efficiency and strengthen risk management

• Lead internal, interim, and annual audit reviews

• Support statutory and tax filings, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., HKEX/SEC Listing Rules, accounting standards, and taxation laws)

• Liaise with external stakeholders including auditors, bankers, lawyers, and other professionals on financial and compliance matters

• Handle ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline

• Qualified CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification

• 6-8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably in professional services or listed companies

• Industry experience in E-Commerce, FMCG, or Fintech is a strong advantage

• Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities

• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with FLEX (ERP system) is a plus
