About The Role
As a Facility Engineer, youll be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of sub-systems within data centre, such as of HVSB, LVSB, BMS, UPS, STS, PDU, CRAC, CRAH, and generators.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and delegate maintenance work/ operations for technical support team for systems such as HVSB, LVSB, BMS, UPS, STS, PDU, CRAC, CRAH, and generators
- Monitor progress of all contracted-out projects and tenants fit-out works
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external parties for the scheduling and implementation of planned maintenance works as assigned
- Coordinate process of testing and commissioning for tenants fit out works and handover of premises to new tenants
- Draft relevant documents to ensure a smooth and timely of operation fulfilment
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree of Engineering in Electrical Engineering or any other relevant discipline of studies in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MVAC operation experience, preferably all of which should be obtained within a well-established E&M contracting services company
- A Registered Electrical Worker (B0 & H0) from Electrical and Mechanical Services Department is required
- Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for the title of Assistant Facility Engineer
- Immediate Avaiblility is preferred
