Description

As an Execution Trader, your main responsibilities will include:

• Execute trades across a broad range of asset classes including:
  • Global equities (China A-shares, Hong Kong, US, Europe, Japan, Korea, Australia)
  • Fixed income (USD-denominated corporate bonds, US Treasuries)
  • Derivatives (equity index futures, swaps, FX forwards)
  • Options strategies (e.g., call spreads, put spreads)
• Monitor order flow and market dynamics in real time; provide timely market color and actionable insights to the investment team.
• Liaise with brokers and counterparties to ensure best execution and maintain strong trading relationships.
• Collaborate with the back office to ensure accurate and timely trade settlement; proactively resolve any trade discrepancies or operational issues.
• Support ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned by the investment or operations team.

Profile

A successful Execution Trader should have:

• 2- 3 years experiences in multi-asset trade execution, preferably within a hedge fund or asset management environment.
• Strong understanding of global markets and trading protocols.
• Excellent communication skills in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
• Attention to details
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
