Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze campaign performance, manage backend systems, and generate actionable insights that drive business growth. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, technical proficiency, and a keen understanding of digital platforms and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp, LINE, and other relevant channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve engagement, conversion, and ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery.
• Analyse digital marketing data using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Excel to track KPIs and identify trends.
• Create detailed reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance, customer behavior, and marketing ROI to stakeholders.
• Use insights to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement of digital initiatives.
• Support backend marketing systems and ensure seamless integration with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Maintain and optimize digital assets and content across websites and marketing platforms.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to digital tools and systems.
• Utilise Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and presentation.
• Work with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop is a bonus) for basic visual content editing and asset creation.
• Apply knowledge of CSS and HTML (preferred) to support website updates and campaign landing pages.
• Manage and monitor social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and timely responses.
• Support the development of content calendars and assist in content deployment across digital channels.
• Stay updated on digital trends and emerging technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Profile

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within financial services or a data-driven industry.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Excel.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CSS is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with social media platforms and messaging apps (Facebook, WhatsApp, LINE).
• Bonus: Basic design skills using Photoshop or other Adobe tools.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
