Deputy Store Manager / Store Manager

• Drive store performance: Monitor and manage key retail KPIs to maintain and increase productivity and profitability of the store.

• Lead and inspire: Guide your sales team to deliver outstanding performance in sales, service excellence, and operational efficiency.

• Develop talent: Recruit, coach, and retain top-performing sales associates, ensuring they reach their full potential and meet individual targets.

• Analyze and strategize: Prepare and review business reports, identifying trends and opportunities to drive results and maximize business potential.

• Enhance customer relationships: Grow and nurture a loyal customer base through personalized experiences and excellent relationship management.

• Ensure operational excellence: Manage daily store operations, including inventory control and visual merchandising, to maintain brand standards and drive productivity.

• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Retail, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.

• Embody brand values: Act as a brand ambassador, leading by example and incorporating core values into everyday operations.

• Retail leadership experience: Ideally, you have 8+ years in high-end fashion retail, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. However, candidates with strong potential and less experience are also encouraged to apply.

• Business acumen: You possess excellent analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset to drive sales and profitability.

• Luxury service expertise: Your strong sense of luxury service and clienteling skills ensure exceptional customer experiences.

• People management prowess: Youre a dynamic team player with outstanding coaching and development abilities.

• Adaptability: Your energy and passion thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Communication skills: Youre fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, enabling effective communication with diverse customers and team members.

• Problem-solving abilities: Your excellent interpersonal and planning skills help you navigate challenges with ease.
