About the role
Our Client Services team in Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Tsim Mong District is seeking a full-time Customer Service Officer to join our growing AXA China Region Insurance Company Limited family. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and care.
What youll be doing
Handling inbound customer enquiries and requests via various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat Providing accurate information on AXAs products and services to customers Assisting customers with policy-related transactions such as claims, renewals, and amendments Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or manager for resolution Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and activities Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and standards What were looking for
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns Proficiency in both English and Cantonese, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of the organisation What we offer
