Responsibilities:

• Structure, price, and manage a wide range of equity/fixed income-related structured products, including but not limited to on/off balance sheet notes issuance, repo (GMRA based), options and swaps (ISDA based), SBL (GMSLA based), structured financing, cross-border solutions (QDII/QFII), and product onboarding/ distributions;
• Develop and implement cross-asset investment strategies to meet client needs and optimize risk-adjusted returns;
• Manage and monitor the risk and performance of the portfolio, making timely adjustments as necessary;
• Maintain a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies;
• Collaborate closely with other internal stakeholders (including Sales, MO, Legal, Risk, Finance, Compliance, Operations and/or other front office departments) to identify market opportunities and optimize the desks operation and execution flow.

Requirements:

• Masters degree with background in quantitative finance preferred;
• More than 6 years working experience at similar position on trading floor in a reputational financial institution;
• In-depth understanding of product (include but not limited to repo, TRS, FX swap, SBL, on/off balance sheet structured notes etc.) and relevant accounting knowledge;
• Experience in Strategic Asset Allocation strongly preferred;
• Excellent communication skills with a can-do attitude and capability to multi-task under pressure;
• Programming skills (e.g., Python, R, MATLAB) to automate processes, analyse data, and develop trading models are a plus;
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
