Control Room Officer I (Security Control)

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor CCTV security systems across the company portfolio

• Record and report faults and issues to both senior management and vendors

• Liaise with external partners to conduct repairs and maintain operations

• Take charge and manage emergency situations

• Inform security personnel to potential risks and security alerts in real time

• Keep accurate records and prepare reports to Supervisor

• Shift duty is required (54 hours / week, 10 rest days / month)

Requirement:

• Post-secondary education

• Experience in security related industry is required, preferred with prior experience in monitoring CCTV security systems

• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese / English; Knowledge of Nepalese will be an advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Responsible, attentive to details and willing to learn

• Positive working attitude, able to work within a team / under pressure

• Holder of valid security personnel permit & QAS certificate
