Job Title: Compliance Officer - General Compliance

About the Role:

We are looking for a Compliance Officer to support general compliance activities across the Asia Pacific region. This role involves reviewing business materials, supporting regulatory filings, and helping ensure our operations meet legal and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing & Communications: Review and approve marketing content to ensure it aligns with internal policies and regional regulations.
• Regulatory Support: Prepare and manage filings and documentation required by local regulators.
• Risk & Controls: Conduct assessments related to anti-money laundering and financial crime, and support internal teams with guidance and updates.
• Collaboration: Work closely with regional and global teams on compliance initiatives and projects.
• Language Skills: Ability to read and write in both traditional and simplified Chinese is required.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a compliance role within financial services, preferably asset management.
• Strong understanding of APAC regulatory environments.
• Experience with AML/CFT frameworks and regulatory filings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in both traditional and simplified Chinese (written and reading).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
