Clinic Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily clinic operations, including administration and manpower arrangements
• Plan the utilization of doctors consultation rooms and support daily clinical manpower needs
• Ensure the companys compliance with regulations and internal operating procedures by monitoring regulatory affairs through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide patients with expert and efficient nursing care services and clinical assistance
• Establish and develop good relationships with patients and effectively respond to complaints
• Coordinate patient bookings, investigations, hospital admissions, and insurance claims
• Collaborate with and provide training on customer service and professional knowledge to clinical staff
• Oversee procurement and maintain optimal levels of clinic equipment and medical consumables
• Drive and enhance the patient journey in line with the companys vision and values
• Perform ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma holder in healthcare related or relevant subjects
• 5 years or above of clinic management experience with 2 years in supervisory grade
• Enrolled nurse qualification will be advantageous
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Strong supervisory, interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Mature, pleasant attitude, customer-oriented and self-motivated
• Able to work with various people in different capacities and good at collaboration
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
