Client Advisor - Future Opportunity

JOB PURPOSE

As a Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of Burberry. You will demonstrate an excellent and unique service for all of our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• As an ambassador of Burberry, maintain store presentation standards
• Demonstrate a strong sense of clienteling and build the relationship with new and existing Clients
• Drive and achieve individual and team goals and be accountable for sales results
• Be a good team player; contribute to a positive atmosphere that is fun, professional, productive, and team-oriented.

PERSONAL PROFILE

• Minimum 1 year experience in luxury retail and passionate in fashion retail
• Strong clienteling and customer service skills
• Sales driven and goal-oriented
• Good team player with positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
