Roles and responsibilities:

1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the companys business and the development plans determined by the board of directors and CEO, work with the CFO to design and execute the companys short- and medium-term capital market strategies

2. Build and manage the investor network, identify key target groups, and drive investments by reputable global investors

3. Deepen investors and potential investors understanding of the company, convey compelling corporate strategies and investment thesis, and improve the companys reasonable valuation

4. Drive key capital market projects

5. Collaborate effectively with other departments of the company

Requirements:

•Bachelors degree in Finance, or a related field.

•5 years or more of experience with reputable investment banks or corporate finance function. Experience in the technology industry preferred.

•Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain complex concepts in a straightforward manner.

•Solid knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and valuation methodologies. An analytical mindset with strong finance and Excel modeling skills.

•A self-starter with strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities. Meticulous attention to detail.
