The Business Analyst will gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the core banking revamp. The role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the new system meets functional and regulatory expectations.

Description

• Work with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Map current vs. future state processes and identify gaps.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate requirements into system specifications.
• Support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution.
• Ensure alignment with compliance, risk, and audit requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement walkthroughs.

Profile

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or IT.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of core banking operations (e.g., deposits, loans, payments).
• Experience with system migration, data mapping, and integration projects.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
