The Role

AVP/VP, Fixed Income Sales , Fixed Income Department

Key Accountabilities

1. Responsible for providing FICC products (credit, bonds, derivatives) and solutions (structure products) to institutional investors;
2. Responsible for both institutional and corporate clients onboarding, develop new client base and maintain good relationships with existing global clients;
3. Work with traders to carry out dally market updates and generate investment and trade ideas for Investors, Quote price and execute transactions for clients;
4. Ensure all transaction processes comply with relevant regulations, company polices and risk management requirements;
5. Perform ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned.

Skills & Experience

1. Degree Holder or above in Finance/Economics or related subject from a renowned university:
2. 8+ years of fixed income sales experience, candidate with less experience will be considered as AVP:
3. Familiar with financial market products and understand the compliance requirements of regulatory authority;
4. Hold relevant licenses from the SFC;
5. Strong organizational and communication skills, with good analytical capability;
6. Strong analytical and computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
7. Good spoken and written Chinese and English, including Mandarin.
