AVP / VP - IPO Listing - The Profile Group (HK) Ltd (a Wilson Company)

Our client is a global securities exchange, who is looking for a VP level candidate to assist with processing applications for new equity listings. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the SVP of IPO vetting to lead and manage teams reviewing applications and regulatory requirements with fairness and integrity.
• Handling pre-IPO enquiries
• Lead and provide assistance in the IPO related policy development projects
• Take an active role in the development of listing and IPO vetting
• Work with internal and external stakeholders

The ideal candidate will likely come from a Big4 accounting practice, have at least 10 years experience in law, accounting, corporate finance or investment banking. Strong knowledge of lising rules and knowledge of the securities industry and practices, is needed. Fluent Englihs and Chinese is crucial for this role.
