Your new role

• Oversee the entire trade lifecycle, including trade capture, reconciliation, managing corporate actions, and delivering excellent client service.
• Support the Trading desks by addressing exceptions, resolving booking discrepancies, and investigating trade breaks in a prompt and efficient manner.
• Identify and resolve trade exceptions while managing inquiries from clients and trading desks with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and analyze trade activity reports, escalating any significant issues as required.
• Contribute to cross-functional and global projects, ensuring effective collaboration across teams.
• Manage settlement processes to ensure trades are reconciled and settled without errors or delays.
• Proactively monitor and resolve any failed or unmatched trades to maintain operational efficiency.
• Work closely with team members to develop reporting frameworks that align with new product launches and business goals.

What youll need to succeed

• 3-5+ years experience in a middle office or back-office role
• Proven experience in trade lifecycle management, reconciliation, and resolving trade-related discrepancies.
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Language: Mandarin is a must
