國際藍孩 BIBLU 成立於2009年，源自德國「藍爸爸」對孩子的關愛，致力為父母打造全球高品質嬰童用品集合店，以高品質陪伴守護孩子自信成長。香港WTC Mall世貿中心門店將於7月開業，現誠聘以下職位，需先於深圳門店實習（開業前），偶爾需前往內地出差。需持有香港永久居民身份及港澳居民來往內地通行證，或有效香港工作簽證（不符合條件者勿投）

工作地點：香港銅鑼灣告士打道280號世界貿易中心L4-17b號舖

工作時間：做六休一，排班制（9小時/日，含1小時休息，實際工作8小時）

◦ 早班：10:00-19:00

◦ 中班：11:00-20:00 或 12:00-21:00

◦ 晚班：13:00-22:00

試用期：3個月

薪酬福利：

◦ 無責綜合底薪：HK$15,000 - HK$25,000/月（另計銷售提成及獎勵）

儲備店長職責

1. 負責門店整體營運，確保賣場整潔美觀，達成銷售及客戶目標

2. 領導及激勵團隊，維持積極愉快的工作氛圍

3. 提供優質顧客服務

4. 執行及跟進門店營業目標

5. 管理門店日常運作、人員調配、貨品管理及陳列

6. 協助營運主管與商場溝通

7. 負責門店小紅書等新媒體線上運營（圖文、視頻發布及社群維護）

8. 處理門店突發事件

任職要求

1. 熱愛零售行業，儲備店長崗需有零售門店管理經驗優先

2. 具小紅書等新媒體運營經驗者優先

3. 強烈的業績意識與責任感，優秀的溝通能力及服務意識，能吃苦耐勞

4. 粵語、普通話及英語聽說讀寫流利

Company Profile

Founded in 2009, BIBLU by International Blue Boy originates from a German fathers love for children. We are dedicated to creating a global premium baby products store for parents, providing high-quality companionship to help children grow with confidence. Our new WTC Mall store in Hong Kong will open in July, and we are now hiring for the following positions. Candidates will first intern at our Shenzhen store (before the grand opening) and may need occasional business trips to the mainland.

Job Details

Location: Shop L4-17b, World Trade Centre, 280 Gloucester Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong

Working Hours: 6 days on, 1 day off (9-hour shifts with 1-hour break, 8 hours of actual work)

◦ Morning shift: 10:00-19:00

◦ Mid shift: 11:00-20:00 or 12:00-21:00

◦ Evening shift: 13:00-22:00

Probation Period: 3 months

Compensation & Benefits:

◦ Guaranteed base salary: HK$15,000 - HK$25,000/month (plus sales commissions and bonuses)

◦ Professional training, team-building activities, paid annual leave, holiday benefits, etc.

Assistant Store Manager Responsibilities

1. Oversee overall store operations, ensure cleanliness and visual merchandising, and achieve sales and customer goals

2. Lead and motivate the team to maintain a positive work environment

3. Deliver excellent customer service

4. Execute and follow up on store sales targets

5. Manage daily operations, staff scheduling, inventory control, and visual displays

6. Assist the Operations Supervisor in communicating with the mall management

7. Handle daily store emergencies

Requirements

1. Passion for retail; prior retail management experience preferred for Assistant Store Manager

2. Experience in social media operation (e.g., RedNote, Instagram, Facebook) is a plus

3. Strong sales-driven mindset, responsibility, excellent communication skills, and ability to work under pressure

4. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
