A leading Home appliance brand headquartered in Europe is now looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager- Regional to join their expanding marketing team.

This role is pivotal in driving successful product launches, enabling local market execution, and supporting brand growth across diverse markets.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Launch Coordination: Lead the Market Introduction Plan (MIP) process by collaborating with global teams, R&D, project managers, suppliers, and regulatory affairs to ensure timely product readiness. This includes managing packaging and artwork development, shipment timelines, and compliance with regional regulations.
  • Market Enablement & Distributor Support: Act as a strategic partner to local distributors by co-developing go-to-market strategies, delivering product training, and supporting local activation plans. Maintain and create sales enablement tools such as product sheets, training materials, videos, and battle cards tailored to regional needs. Serve as the primary contact for product and marketing-related inquiries from local markets.
  • Market Intelligence & Insights: Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting to inform product strategy. Gather and integrate voice-of-customer (VOC) insights to shape product development and messaging.
  • Brand & Marketing Execution: Collaborate with global marketing teams to craft compelling product narratives, unique selling points (USPs), and messaging frameworks. Ensure regional marketing efforts align with global brand guidelines. Support the management and localisation of website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance for APAC audiences.
  • After-Sales Support: Provide post-launch support to distributors, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and product performance across the region.

Profile

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the APAC region
  • fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English written and spoken
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management capabilities
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and managing distributor relationships
  • Deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential
