Assistant/ Manager, Data Compliance

• Responsible for establishing and improving data protection compliance rules, processes, and tools, continuously optimizing the data protection compliance management system.

• Implement data protection compliance risk assessments, audits, and inspections, and supervise the enforcement of rules.

• Develop/update relevant compliance policies, procedures and control framework on product, data privacy and corporate governance for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and industry trends related to data protection

• Provide compliance advice and guidance for market and product business strategies.

• Prepare the related reports, agreements and documents

• Bachelors degree in law, business or equivalent disciplines

• At least 5 years relevant experience in compliance, solid compliance knowledge on data privacy

• Experience in handle overseas data protection compliance consulting, incident response, dispute resolution, and special cases is definitely advantage

• Familiar with data protection laws and regulations in China and the EU/US is definitely advantage

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
