Assistant Finance Manager - Property / conglomerate

One of the fast growing & sizable conglomerate/property focus business is looking for a Assistant Finance Manager to join their high performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team to manage daily accounting and operational activities.
• Collaborate with various business units on financial and operational matters to drive strategic decision-making.
• Oversee tax compliance activities, including annual profit tax filing, tax provision management, income tax forecasting, and handling tax audits.
• Deliver statutory financial statements and tax documents for subsidiaries, and assist in group consolidation for financial and management reporting
• Liaise with auditors for annual audit, tax filings etc.
• Assist in system implementation and enhancement

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is required
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, tax compliance, and accounting operations
• Candidates with big4 trained background and experience working in property / real estate / conglomerate is highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills, fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin & English
