AI Developer (Guangzhou Data Processing Centre)

HKTDC Limited, seeks a dynamic and high caliber candidate to join our Guangzhou Data Processing Centre.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement innovative AI solutions with a focus on generative models, language models (LLMs), scalability, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.

• Conduct research to identify innovative AI solutions and strategies that support and drive business growth.

• Collaborate with team members to develop and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.

• Understand business issues and needs, then design effective data analytics programs to identify root causes and solutions.

• Develop and deploy predictive AI/ML models for business applications (e.g., AI agent, recommendation engines, marketing optimization).

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.

• 1-5 years of experience with machine learning and AI technologies; candidates with more experience will be considered for a senior role.

• Experience in Large Language model and Gen AI related technology.

• Good interpersonal skills, a proactive working attitude, an analytical mindset, team spirit, and problem-solving skills.

• Solid technical skills in Python with experience in cloud-based AI development and deployment.

• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Fresh Graduates are welcomed.

Remuneration and Benefits:

The successful candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
