Job Description

As a 0-3 PQE Associate Solicitor (Finance/PE), your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing sound legal advice on finance and PE matters

  • Liaising with clients from PRC and other parts of the world

  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to the teams strategic goals

The Successful Applicant

A successful applicant should have:

  • A valid legal practice license in Hong Kong

  • Proficiency in banking and finance laws

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
