• Assess and diagnose: Conduct thorough evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patients unique needs.

• Implement therapies: Perform various pain management procedures, including massage, exercise therapy, and electrotherapy to aid patient recovery.

• Monitor progress: Track patient improvements and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal results throughout the rehabilitation process.

• Educate and guide: Provide valuable information and advice to help patients prevent future injuries and effectively manage their symptoms.

• Lead workshops: Develop and conduct exercise and rehabilitation workshops to promote overall health and wellness in the community.

• Qualified professional: Hold a sports therapist license or certification, demonstrating your expertise in the field.

• Rehabilitation experience: Minimum 1 year experience in similar role.

• Technical proficiency: Familiarity with physical therapy equipment and techniques to deliver effective treatments.

• Communication skills: Strong ability to interact with patients and colleagues in both English and Cantonese, essential for providing clear instructions and building rapport.

• Empathetic approach: Demonstrate patience, attention to detail, and genuine care for patients well-being.

• Independent worker: Capable of managing multiple tasks and working autonomously when required.

• Continuous learner: Show a keen interest in ongoing professional development and staying current with industry advancements.
