Our client:

Our client is a leading global athletic products 公司名稱, they are conducting a confidential search for an exceptional Senior / Technical Designer (Sportswear).

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Sourcing team to effectively communicate with factory counterparts, resolving any technical or production issues that arise.
• Liaise with the Quality Assurance team to ensure products are manufactured to the agreed-upon specifications and standards.
• Collaborate closely with Designers in 香港 and globally to review initial concepts for manufacturability and provide technical solutions.
• Create and maintain detailed technical packages, including construction diagrams, tech packs, and comprehensive specification sheets.
• Leverage deep understanding of the APAC consumer and body shapes to validate and adapt fit as necessary for the regional market.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Technical Design, Pattern Making, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experiencein technical design, preferably within the athletic footwear, performance apparel, or activewear industry.
• Proven experience working directly with overseas manufacturers, particularly within Greater China and the APAC region.
• High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (2D flat sketches) is essential. Experience with 3D design software (e.g., Browzwear VStitcher, CLO 3D, Optitex) is a significant advantage.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal). Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is highly preferred to effectively communicate with factory partners.
