Senior Officer, Branch Operations (Relief Team)

• • • • Assist in overseeing counter services and back office administration to ensure proper service delivery.

      • Check and verify various transactions, clearing, and account matters.

      • Ensure accurate balances of counters and procedural propriety of all transactions.

      • Act as the secondary custodian for international money orders, traveller checks, gift checks, safe deposit boxes, and other transactional products.

      • Monitor service performance of counter service staff and provide assistance as needed.

      • Cultivate long-term relationships with customers and identify potential business opportunities for branch sales.

      • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• • • • Diploma holder or above.

      • Minimum 5 years of branch operations experience in counter transactions, cash management, account opening, and AML reporting, preferably with supervisory experience.

      • Passes in HKSI & IIQE licensing examinations preferred, but not mandatory.

      • Strong knowledge of branch operations with a good sense of compliance and control.

      • Excellent people and communication skills.

      • Detail-oriented and able to work independently under pressure.

      • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.

      • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Chinese word processing.
