Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and troubleshoot enterprise network and security solutions.

• Support BAU activities, firmware updates, and configuration management.

• Collaborate with onsite teams and vendors to ensure optimal system performance.

• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support teams.

• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with security standards.

• Assist in incident response and root cause analysis.

• Assist in network configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

• Support firmware upgrades and configuration backups.

• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and changes.

• Support security and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5 - 10 years of working experience in network engineering and security.

• CCIE certification is mandatory for senior position.

• Cisco CCNA and/or CCNP certifications are required; additional certifications (e.g., Fortinet NSE, Checkpoint, Broadcom Bluecoat, Gigamon, Forward Network) are a plus.

• Strong knowledge of Cisco, Fortinet, Checkpoint, Broadcom Bluecoat, Gigamon, Infoblox, and related technologies.

• Experience with network automation and scripting is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Able to work in multi-location.

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Network and Security Engineer
