About the company

Our client is a HK based fast-growing fintech financial firm. To cope with their business expansion, they are now looking for a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist for their Digital Marketing team.

About the role

Reporting to the Team Head of Digital Marketing, you are responsible for driving digital sales strategies by performing digital performance marketing on financial products and customer digital journey. You have to assist in formulating digital marketing plans and driving business growth on various online and paid media channels (including website, meta platform, social media, SEO, SEM and mobile app etc.). You will conduct reports by using various digital marketing tools (such as Google Analytics and other digital tools) to develop digital conversion rate, open rate, click through rate, customer digital behavior and other marketing performance in achieving digital sales and acquisition. You are also required to manage the tracking of social media platforms and participating in e-Commerce projects to explore new business opportunities effectively.

The successful applicant:

To qualify, the successful individual must possess:

• Degree holder, preferably in E-commerce, Digital Marketing or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in digital performance marketing on social media channels.
• Solid marketing performance analysis in insurance, banking or financial products is required.
• Proven track record in driving digital acquisition with background in Digital Ad campaigns is a must.
• Sound knowledge in conducting A/B testing, SEM, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Double Click Campaign Manager, Double Click Search etc..
• Strong business sense, good analytical mind and able to work independently.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
