Your new role
- Assess and approve claims within company guidelines.
- Meet service turnaround time and achieve claims SLA.
- Handle enquiries from the distribution enquiry team, customer enquiry team, and customer complaint team.
- University graduate or above with FLMI qualification or equivalent
- At least 3-4 years of relevant working experience in the insurance field.
- Solid experience in hospitalisation and accident claims
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
