Sales Administrator

The Sales Administrator will be supporting our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth sales operations, managing documentation, and providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Department.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other essential documents.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion while maintaining professionalism.
  • Conduct research and gather information to assist the sales team effectively.
  • Prepare and manage expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation.
  • Oversee administrative processes, including document processing in the OA system and payment approvals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Real Estate, Surveying, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with leading property developers.
  • Strong understanding of the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance and related regulations is preferred but not a must
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure, showing initiative and flexibility.
  • High standards of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays if necessary.
