Sale Manager - Health Supplement (5 Days) 30K + Commission

Requirements

• Degree holder

• Minimum 4 year solid experience in Sales Management or Business Development or related field

• Previous work experience in Health Supplement industry is a must

• Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Proficient in MS Office application

• Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships

Responsibilities

• Formulate sales strategies to ensure delivery of quarterly / annual sales plan and to achieve sales volume, revenue and profit objectives

• Explore business opportunities with existing customers base and develop new customer in various segments

• Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, potential partners, and product suppliers to maximize business opportunities

• Conduct market research to understand competitive offerings, consumer trends and distribution channels to sustain competitiveness of company products

• Strategic planning ensure continued sales growth in the market

• Participates in business development

• Work closely with marketing team to identify new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and business results

• Report directly to the Boss and lead a team of 2 Sales Executive, and 15 frontline sales staff
