Our Client, a multi-national logistics organisation are actively expend their footprint in APAC market. They are looking for a Regional Business Development Manager/ Director to join their regional team for driving sales and expanding their partner network.

Description

• Spot and win new business opportunities
• Stay on top of local trends, regulations, and risks to guide smart decisions.
• Strengthen client trust through local presence and responsive service.
• Find and manage logistics and business partners that meet their high standards.
• Work with internal teams to adapt services to local needs.
• Help shape proposals and pricing with regional insights.
• Attend industry events and promote companys presence in the region.

Profile

• Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• 10+ years in business development or sales, ideally in freight forwarding logistics
• Strong understanding of APAC markets and cultural business practices.
• Proven track record in client management and commercial growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with regional partners.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin, Cantonese, or other languages are a plus.
• Willing to travel frequently within the region.
