Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:

  • Diploma in Quantity Surveying or above with at least 3 years relevant experience.
  • Can independently carry out Quantity Surveying duties for a project, i.e. the preparation of tendering and documentation.
  • Administration of on-site quantity survey duties, inspection of BQ, budgeting and measurement.
  • Good knowledge about costs for local manpower and materials, and take charge of the submission of VO.
  • Good communication and liaison skill, responsible to communicate with Landlord on VO and indemnification.
  • Excellent command of written & spoken English and Chinese.
  • Competent use of all QS software.
  • Assertive, self-motivated, take ownership for personal development?with?excellent interpersonal skill and excellent integrity
