We are a leading leasing and building management company located in Wanchai and now seeking for a high caliber candidate to expand our business.
Property Manager
Responsibilities:
Handle overall management of residential, commercial & industrial properties.
Recommend strategic plans & co-ordinate action for upgrading the properties.
Work as owner representative to monitor the building-in-charge of outsourced building managers to deliver quality of service to tenants.
Supervise and monitor the work of maintenance sub-contractors and ensure facilities are operated in normal condition.
Prepare general daily reports and administrative duties.
Provide periodical reporting and presentation to senior management.
Prepare management budget for the assigned properties and ensure good budget control.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the senior.
Requirements:
Diploma/ Degree holder in Property Management or related discipline.
A member of relevant professional organizations (e.g. CIHCM, MHKIH).
Holder of PMP (Tier 1) is a must.
At least 5 years relevant experience in property management of which 3 years must be at supervisory level.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skill and be able to work under pressure.
Excellent client servicing skill and ability to handle clients and tenants independently.
Experience in managing F&B tenants and shops in commercial buildings is an advantage.
Proficiency of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Familiar with DMC, BMO and tenancy management.
