What Youll Do:
Plan and run software projects from start to finish
Talk to clients, understand what they need, and explain tech stuff clearly
Make project schedules and budgets
Lead local and overseas team members
Handle risks and solve problems
Help with sales pitches when needed
We Need Someone With:
6 years managing IT projects
Good tech knowledge
Great at organizing and explaining things
Fluent in English and Chinese
Bonus if you have:• Project management certificates (PMP/Agile)• Worked at a tech company before• Sales experience
