Job Highlights

Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for pre-event preparation, logistics coordination and on-site supervision
• To liaise with vendors for providing services with high quality standard
• To maintain a long-term good relationship between the company and clients
• To assist in client pitching, such as preparing proposals and presentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related discipline
• 1 - 3 years working experience. Event and Project experience will be definitely an advantage
• Strong interest and commitment in Project and Event Management
• Result oriented and work as a good team player
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Proficient with MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Willing to work overtime and on weekend if necessary
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Project Executive
• Immediate availability is preferred

Remuneration:

Salary package will be commensurate with experience and qualification. Benefits including 5-days work, MPF, Medical Scheme, Annual Leave and Performance Bonus will be offered to successful candidates.
