Job Highlights

Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for pre-event preparation, logistics coordination and on-site supervision
- To liaise with vendors for providing services with high quality standard
- To maintain a long-term good relationship between the company and clients
- To assist in client pitching, such as preparing proposals and presentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related discipline
- 1 - 3 years working experience. Event and Project experience will be definitely an advantage
- Strong interest and commitment in Project and Event Management
- Result oriented and work as a good team player
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Proficient with MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Willing to work overtime and on weekend if necessary
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Project Executive
- Immediate availability is preferred
Remuneration:
Salary package will be commensurate with experience and qualification. Benefits including 5-days work, MPF, Medical Scheme, Annual Leave and Performance Bonus will be offered to successful candidates.
