About the Community TeamThe Community Team is at the heart of Evercares caregiver network. We are responsible for onboarding new caregivers and keeping them engaged through ongoing support, communication, and resources. 

About the RoleWere looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Community Assistant to support our Community Team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive, and passionate about supporting people behind the scenes.

What Youll Do

• Packing & Mailing: Prepare and send uniforms, documents, and other items to caregivers.

• Admin Support: Assist the team with general administrative tasks, such as reviewing caregiver profiles or responding to simple queries.

• Team Collaboration: Provide hands-on help during peak periods or special projects.

• On-the-job training will be provided.

Who You Are

• Available for part-time work during weekday mornings (9am-1pm)

• Responsible and organized, with attention to detail

• Comfortable communicating in Cantonese and basic written English

• Friendly and proactive team player

• No experience required—just a willingness to learn
