Marketing Representative / Executive

Job responsibilities:

• Handle daily sales activities including cold call to achieve companys objectives and business target

• Responsible for account management and spec-in activities

• Promote companys products to customers with maintaining high customer satisfaction

• Prepare regular marketing report

• Conduct market research, visiting report and develop new and potential market

• Explore business opportunities and new accounts proactively

• Overseas & mainland China visiting may require in some cases.

• Internal tasks such as management of samples, catalogues, exhibition/seminar, G-voice, Chemical documents, etc.

• Handle promotion tools and related system for support marketing and sales activities.

 Job requirements:

• University degree holder (With Marketing background is an advantage)

• At least 2 years relevant experiences

• Fluency in Cantonese, English, Mandarin and Japanese with good presentation skills.

• JLPT N2 or above

• Familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point

• Polite, talkative, proactive, willing to learn, work independent
