What this job involves:

Transaction Management

• CRE support of all real estate transactions of the clients leasing portfolio across APAC, approximately 1 million sq ft. Key lease event critical date management, controls the leasing / own portfolio to achieve strategic objectives for real estate.

• Leading the supporting team member to manage various type of transactions including acquisition, renewal and disposition etc. To close out transactions in a proper manner.

• Provide professional advice to the client from the real estate perspective.

• Manage the transactions as per the clients “Transaction management process”.

• The success will be measured by client satisfaction and revenue performance.

Business Development

• Identify, connect and establish relationship with potential Chinese corporate clients.

• Develop business development plan, including SOWT analysis, approach and solutioning.

• Manage client relationship through one off transaction opportunities or building the trust from providing valuable advice.

• Assist or leading the RFP process for individual transaction or service agreement process. It is requiring proposal development and presentation skills.

• Contribute to the team for the agreed sales target with good sense of cross-selling JLLs other service lines.

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills

• Practical knowledge and understanding of real estate principles and practices.

• 3 - 5 years experience in Real Estate management, preferably within a Multi-national organization

• Strong negotiating, strategic planning and communication skills

• Strong relationship management and Networking skills

• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Mandarin

• Strong analytical skills. Experience in financial management and budget control

• Logical approach to problem solving

• Client obsessed personality

• Team player mentality

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Planning and organisation

• Time management and prioritisation
