Work youll doProcess Ownership:
- Own and manage the end-to-end supply chain processes, including but not limited to inventory management, replenishment and allocation management.
- Experience using Oracle Retail.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
- Ensure that all supply chain processes are compliant with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Project Management:
- Lead the project team in the implementation, coordinating with cross-functional teams (IT, finance, operations, etc.).
- Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Process Improvement:
- Continuously analyze and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Identify and implement best practices and industry standards in supply chain management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide solutions, and drive process improvements.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and customers.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and other stakeholders. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure smooth adoption of the new system.

We are looking for someone with- Education:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on ERP implementations, preferably using Oracle Retail.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, distribution, and logistics.
- Skills:
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Knowledge of Oracle Retail and other ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Certifications:
- Certifications in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCP) and project management (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
- Personal Attributes:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
