KYC & Onboarding Analyst - International Financial Services - Larson Maddox

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough KYC reviews and ensure compliance with AML and regulatory standards.
• Oversee annual client reviews in line with risk ratings and due diligence procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain compliance with KYC/AML frameworks.
• Guide clients through onboarding by providing document checklists and verifying submissions.
• Prepare and validate onboarding packages for approval.
• Support Relationship Managers with escalated client queries and administrative tasks.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient client onboarding experience.

What Were Looking For

• 1-5 years of experience in KYC/onboarding within financial services, ideally in fund services or banking. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
• Strong understanding of AML/KYC regulations and onboarding processes.
• Client-facing experience (in-person or via phone/email) is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment.
• Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus.
• SFC Type 1 and/or Type 4 license preferred or willingness to obtain.
