KYC Officer - Compliance & Risk Review

Our client is a well-established financial institution with a strong banking background, committed to maintaining the highest standards of compliance and regulatory integrity. To support the business growth and strengthen the company governance, we are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented KYC Officer to join our client Compliance team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive KYC due diligence checks on new and existing clients.

  • Perform compliance reviews in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Review and update the risk-based compliance framework regularly.

  • Design and maintain compliance checklists and procedures.

  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks in daily operations.

  • Provide practical recommendations to internal units to resolve compliance review findings.

  • Compile and present compliance review results to senior management regularly.

  • Monitor the implementation of rectification plans and follow-up actions.

Job Requirements:

  • A Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Audit and/or Compliance Review or Testing.

  • Supervisory experience will be considered an advantage.

  • Solid knowledge of compliance review processes and methodologies.

  • Detail-oriented, prudent, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.

  • Strong report writing, analytical thinking, interpersonal communication, and professional skepticism.

  • Less expereince will be consider as a KYC Assistant.
