Junior Sommelier/Wine Runner (5 Days Work)

Job Description• Maintain smooth and efficient operation of the designated section at the restaurant and/or lounge area• Assist the Sommelier in all wine services in restaurant and/or lounge area• Maintain food & beverage and service quality standards, and ensure customer satisfaction• Understand guests needs and deliver excellent service• Assist in restaurant duties as assigned

Looking for…• Basic knowledge of food and beverage with good interpersonal and communication skills• Working experience in Japanese restaurant preferredEager to learn about Wine/Sake (preference for candidates with WSET Level 1-2 or equivalent)• Interest in learning more about food, wine and hospitality• Adaptable to changing needs and demands, and able to work in a fast-paced environment• Good command of spoken and written English and CantoneseThe successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive compensation package, training and global career opportunities in a dynamic and growing international company.*
