We advise and sponsor our clients in their equity fund-raising exercises in connection with their listing ambitions on regional stock exchanges. We help our clients to raise equity funds through primary offering and/or secondary offering of shares and REITs, as well as pre-IPO platform.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for pitching and marketing materials
• Assist in analyzing business and financials of companies
• Conduct market and company research
• Establish and maintain in-house market data base
• Attend meetings and prepare meeting summary
• Assist in translation of documents

Requirements

• Proactive and detail-minded, with strong analytical mindset
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic accounting or financial analysis skill is a plus
• Experience in using Bloomberg terminal is a plus
• Relevant prior investment banking internship experience is a plus
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin/ Cantonese
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word
