HR Officer (Urgent Hiring)
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews, offers).
Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring smooth integration.
Employee Relations:
Address employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and fostering a positive work environment.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure adherence to Hong Kong labor laws and company policies.
Maintain accurate employee records (contracts, leave, attendance, etc.).
Performance Management:
Support performance review cycles and provide guidance to managers.
HR Administration:
Update HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and generate reports.
Manage payroll coordination with the finance team.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and organize relevant programs.
Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in Hong Kong.
Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR practices.
Skills:
Strong communication in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attributes: Proactive, discreet, and team-oriented.
