H.R. & Admin. Assistant TRAINEE (中資企業/ Work-life balance & harmony)
Duties:
- Perform various HR tasks, hiring, managing employee relations, handling pay and benefits, tax, MPF, and preparing contracts.
- Keep track of staff leave and attendance records.
- Provide daily administrative support.
- Help with office and outdoor tasks, such as collecting and delivering documents.
- Assist with other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Recent graduates and those with part-time clerical experience are welcome.
- Must know Outlook and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Chinese typing is required.
- Good English, Cantonese, and Mandarin skills, both written and spoken.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, eager to learn, and able to work well alone and as part of a team.
- Handle confidential information carefully.
