HK PWM CSM (12 months contract)

Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced financial environment? Were looking for a Client Service Manager to support relationship managers and clients with operational excellence and a strong service mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Servicing

• Liaise with internal teams to ensure client documentation complies with policies and procedures
• Promptly follow up and resolve client queries
• Assist with client order taking
• Understand clients overall relationship with the bank

• Trade booking and settlement
• Resolve settlement and funding issues
• Follow up on margin calls and collateral matters
• Handle transactional documentation (e.g., client suitability and eligibility)

• Maintain full awareness of and adherence to internal policies and procedures

• Manage administrative tasks such as travel bookings, expense claims, and mailing of marketing materials

• Fluent in English and proficiency in verbal and written Mandarin (due to business needs)
• Diploma Holders/University graduate with minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant financial services experience, preferably in relation to frontline client service
• Possesses HKSI Paper 1
• Strong knowledge in Private Banking investment products. Eg, FX, Equities, Fixed Income, derivatives.
