Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years experience in financial services sales or related roles (e.g., investment consultant, business development, partnerships, etc)
- Demonstrated track record of building and managing institutional/HNW client relationships in digital assets or related sectors
- Strong network and established connections with institutional clients interested in digital assets
- Deep understanding of investment products; knowledge of digital assets and derivatives is highly advantageous
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic, self-motivation and results orientation
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Chinese or other languages is a plus
- Bachelors degree or above in Business, Finance, or related disciplines
